We currently ship within Canada only.

Flat Rate Shipping: $15 on all orders under $150

Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $150 or more (before discounts)

Untracked Letter mail Option: Certain small items such as bookmarks, pens, keychains, stickers, and lip balm are eligible to be shipped via untracked letter mail to provide a more affordable shipping option. Please note untracked letter mail is used at the buyer’s own risk. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing untracked mail. If you prefer a more secure option, we recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days ( not including holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Return & refund policy is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction.
At east coast scentsational melts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on our products. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all customers.
However, if you receive the wrong item please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
If your item is lost in transit, we do not offer refunds. However, please reach out to us and we’ll contact the courier on your behalf and do our best to track down your package.
We will be happy to make it right.
